If you read my post at the beginning of the year (journey to my wedding dress, the beginning) you’ll know it dawned upon me that I’m getting married this year and seriously need to switch up my fitness goals.
I went back to slimming world (3rd time lucky) after new years and was impressed I had maintained my pre Xmas weight, excellent!
After new year I started circuits again and brought myself a 12 week nutrition plan, so I went to slimming with high hopes.
Week 2 (of the year, week 1 of weight loss) stats are as follows:
Weight loss: 2.5 pounds
Inches lost around waist: 0.5
other inches: 0.5 around hips.
a good start but I’m hoping for more significant losses as the nutrition plan kicks in.
